What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover cards through Paypal. Checks can be accepted if mailed directly to Hawaiian Sun Products, Inc. The order will be processed after the receipt of the check.

How long does shipping take?
Juices, Jams & Jellies, and Coconut Syrup will be sent by FEDEX Ground. Please allow 1 week for delivery. Chocolates will be sent by FEDEX 2nd day air.

How much does shipping cost?
We are using two separate rate structures for freight due to the weight of the juice. Please see Shipping Info for shipping costs.

Can you ship internationally?
No, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Are you able to ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO address'.
Only USPS ships to military address' and there will be a slight increase in the cost.

What is the optimum storage condition for chocolate?
Chocolates should be kept in a cool, dry place. Optimum storage temperature would be between 60°F to 70°F. We recommend customers to avoid shipping chocolates during the summer months.

Chocolate Disclaimer:
We do not recommend shipments during the summer months (April 1st – November 1st) due to the High Temperatures, which affect the Chocolates, causing them to bloom and discolor. Hawaiian Sun Products, Inc. will not be liable for any damages on packages shipped during these summer months. We reserve the right not to ship during extremely hot weather, and will notify you of any delays.

Returns:
We are unable to accept returns of our products. However, if your items are received damaged, contact us immediately.
